Arrive at Lhasa Gonggar Airport -The driver is waiting for the airport pick-up – Go to Lhasa, stay in Lhasa

After airport pick-up: Go directly to the city center of Lhasa (about an hour’s drive), avoid strenuous activities, and adapt to the plateau.
Stopping along the way: Yajiang River Valley Observation Deck (take brief photos to avoid staying for too long).
Suggestions after check-in:
Rest for 2 hours in the hotel and replenish fluids;
In the evening, you can take a slow walk to Barkhor Street to feel the atmosphere (avoid climbing high or walking for a long time)

DAY 2
